The Pro-Floor 8-piece set is sized specifically to the PRO8000 footprint — 6 middle panels plus 2 end pieces that bridge between the diamond-plated runways and close out the gap. Each panel measures 37.25" wide by 19.5" deep by 4" tall and carries up to 400 lb across its surface, so the full deck takes the weight of seasonal tire stacks, parts bins, or a stored vehicle's quarter-panel pressure without sag or rocking.
Because the panels are lightweight and modular, the deck breaks down panel-by-panel when the lift needs to operate. Lift them out by hand, stack them along a wall, raise the car, work the bay normally, then drop the deck back in when storage mode is needed again. No tools, no fasteners, no permanent build.
