PTC500 Center-Post Dual-Arm Tire Changer
Rim-clamp tire changers put pressure directly on the wheel face — fine for steel wheels but a recipe for scratched polished aluminum and chipped powder coat. The PTC500 uses a center-post clamping system that grabs the wheel from the inside hub, leaving the entire outer face untouched.
The dual assist arms do the heavy lifting on dismount and mount. Lower the tire bead under the top arm, set the side arm against the sidewall, and the wheel rotates while the tools work the bead — no prying, no fighting low-profile sidewalls with a 24" tire iron.
PWB90XL 3D Video Wheel Balancer
The PWB90XL replaces manual data entry with a 3D scanning data arm. Pull the arm to the wheel face, the machine reads diameter and distance, then a second sweep captures wheel width. Total measurement time: under five seconds per wheel.
After the spin, the high-resolution monitor shows weight values and exact placement using a laser line projected onto the wheel. Hidden-weight modes (OPF, FES split) hide weights behind spokes on custom wheels, and self-calibration runs at startup so the balancer is always reading true.
