The Platinum PTC300 is the evolution of the most familiar tire-changer configuration in commercial tire shops worldwide — a rim-clamp swing-arm machine with an extra-large star-shaped turntable. The swing-arm design lets the operator move the mount/demount head out of the way completely while loading and unloading the wheel, which speeds up cycle times in a busy bay.
The high-torque 110V electric turntable spins at 7 rpm — fast enough to keep the bay moving but controlled enough to avoid damaging alloy rims. Operating air pressure is 145 PSI, supplied by the shop's existing compressor, with the included filter/regulator/lubricator unit conditioning the air before it reaches the cylinders.
Computer-Controlled Balancer with the Diagnostic Tools to Match
The PWB50-110V is a 2D-entry computer-controlled spin balancer with a 130 rpm balancing speed and a 7-second cycle time. Self-diagnosis and self-calibration mean the operator can confirm the machine is reading true at the start of every shift without calling a service tech.
