10HP 120-Gallon 2-Stage Industrial Air Compressor with Plus Package
Commercial shops running multiple lifts, tire machines, sanders, and paint guns need more than consumer-grade air. A 5HP unit cycles constantly and runs out of CFM under serious load — and the wrong voltage means rewiring the panel before the compressor even ships.
The Atlas Air Force AF10 is a 10HP 2-stage industrial compressor on a 120-gallon horizontal ASME-coded tank, delivering 37 CFM at 90 PSI and pressures to 175 PSI. The included Plus Package adds an aftercooler, low-oil shutoff, and auto-tank drain. Choose 1-Phase 240V or 3-Phase to match your shop's electrical service.

Features
-
10HP 3-cylinder 2-stage pump — industrial-grade output for multi-bay continuous duty
-
120-gallon horizontal ASME tank — USA-made, sized for high-CFM tools and long recovery
-
37 CFM @ 90 PSI / 35 CFM @ 175 PSI — drives multiple air tools simultaneously without bottlenecks
-
Plus Package included — aftercooler reduces airline moisture, plus low-oil shutoff and auto-tank drain
-
1-Phase 240V or 3-Phase option — match your shop's existing electrical service
-
Continuous run option — removes start-stop surge from the motor for steady output
-
Magnetic motor starter — controls electrical input for longer motor life
-
145–175 PSI pressure setting — covers low and high-pressure pneumatic tools from one tank
Why the Aftercooler in the Plus Package Matters
Compressed air carries water — every cycle through the pump heats the air, and that water condenses downstream when the air cools. In a paint booth or a tool that hates moisture (impacts, spray guns, plasma cutters), water in the airline ruins finishes and shortens tool life.
The AF10's integrated aftercooler drops air temperature right at the compressor outlet, dropping most of the water out at the tank instead of in the airline. Combined with the auto-tank drain, the result is dramatically drier downstream air without bolting on a separate refrigerated dryer.
1-Phase or 3-Phase — Choose to Fit Your Panel
A 10HP motor draws serious current. On 1-Phase 240V, the AF10 needs a 60 amp breaker and 6 AWG wire (70 ft max from the breaker). That's the right choice for shops without 3-phase service — older buildings, residential-zoned facilities, or smaller commercial spaces.
On 3-Phase, the same 10HP motor runs more efficiently with less heat and less current draw, extending motor life under continuous duty. Commercial shops with 3-phase service should pick the 3-phase variant. Both deliver the same air output; the difference is electrical efficiency and longevity.
The Right Air Compressor for Your Shop
At 10HP with 37 CFM at 90 PSI, the AF10 covers most multi-bay commercial shops without overshooting into 15HP territory. The 120-gallon horizontal tank keeps the unit's height down (52") so it fits under shop mezzanines and ducting that vertical tanks won't clear.
With the Plus Package's aftercooler and auto-tank drain, plus the included vibro-isolation pads and drain extensions, the unit is ready to run continuous-duty air once it's wired and the air lines are connected.
