6,000 lb Open Center Scissor Lift for Tire and Brake Service
Floor jacks and bottle jacks turn a 20-minute tire rotation into a back-breaking chore — and they don't lift the car high enough to make brake work comfortable. If your techs spend more time positioning a jack than turning wrenches, your shop is leaving billable hours on the floor.
The Atlas 6PL is a commercial-grade 6,000 lb open-center scissor lift built for fast tire and brake service. Drive over, set the included rubber blocks under the factory lift points, press the button on the 110V power unit, and the vehicle is at working height in seconds. The open center keeps the entire underbody accessible while the air-operated single-point lock release lowers the lift smoothly when the job's done.

Why the Open-Center Design Wins for Tire and Brake Work
Most low-rise lifts have a structural cross-member between the two platforms. It makes the lift cheaper to build, but it puts a steel beam exactly where the differential, exhaust, or transmission pan typically hangs — and exactly where your tech needs to walk.
The Atlas 6PL splits the platforms apart and leaves the entire center of the vehicle exposed. You can roll a transmission jack, brake bleed bottle, or rolling tool tray right under the car without dancing around steel. For shops doing 20+ tire rotations a day, that lost-motion savings compounds into real labor hours every week.
110-Volt Power and Air Lock Release Built for a Working Bay
The 6PL includes a self-contained 110-volt electric / hydraulic power unit that plugs into any standard receptacle — no electrician visit, no panel upgrade. Push the button to raise; the cylinders fill from the integrated reservoir and lift the load smoothly.
Descent is controlled by an air-operated single-point lock release. One lever on the power unit retracts all mechanical safety locks simultaneously and releases the dump valve, so the lift lowers evenly with no manual lock-pulling at each post. You'll need shop air running 90–125 PSI plumbed to the lift — most shops already have this.
The Right Low-Rise Scissor Lift for Your Shop
With 6,000 lb capacity, an open-center design, 110V power, and the rubber lifting blocks already in the box, the Atlas 6PL is built to drop into a tire or brake bay and start producing on day one.
