14,000 lb Commercial 4-Post Alignment Lift with Built-In Turntables
Running alignment work on heavy trucks and SUVs needs more than a standard four-post lift can give you. You need 14,000 lb of rated capacity, runways long enough for a full-size crew cab truck, and integrated turntables and slip plates that stay level with the runway surface so your alignment readings actually trust themselves.
The Atlas 414AT is a 14,000 lb commercial-grade 4-post alignment lift with built-in front turntables and rear slip plates flush with the runways. The turntables move to multiple positions along the 208 5/8-inch runways to accommodate everything from compact sedans to long-wheelbase trucks up to 197 inches.

Features
-
14,000 lb capacity — rated for full-size trucks, work trucks, and loaded SUVs up to a 197" wheelbase
-
Built-in turntables and slip plates — front turntables and rear slip plates sit flush with the runway surface for accurate alignment readings
-
Multi-position turntable placement — turntables move along the runway to accommodate a wide range of wheelbases
-
80" lifting height — gets the vehicle up where techs can work the alignment angles without bending over
-
208 5/8" runway length — handles long-wheelbase trucks and SUVs that overhang shorter alignment lifts
-
Air-operated single-point lock release — all four locks release with one air-actuated control — no walking the perimeter
-
Double lock safety system with lock ladder — multiple mechanical lock positions provide redundant load support
-
220V single-phase 30 amp — runs on the same single-phase service most shops already have for two-post lifts
Integrated Alignment Turntables and Slip Plates
Cheaper four-post alignment lifts use bolt-on turntables that sit proud of the runway, leaving the rear axle unsupported during alignment. The 414AT's turntables are built into the runway itself and sit flush with the driving surface, so the front wheels turn freely on the turntable bearings while the chassis stays level on the runway plane.
The rear slip plates work the same way — built in, flush, and ready to allow the rear axle to settle into its natural toe position once the brakes are released. Multiple turntable positions along the 208 5/8-inch runway let you locate the turntables under the front wheels of anything from a Civic to a Crew Cab F-250.
High-Strength Cable Lifting System
The 414AT uses a high-strength cable lifting system with an oversized hydraulic cylinder mounted under the runway, powered by a 220V single-phase power unit. Compare that to the chain-and-exposed-cylinder designs on cheaper four-posts — chain lifts are harder to keep level over time, and exposed cylinders are responsible for a lot of door dings during loading.
The air-operated single-point lock release lets one operator drop all four locks with a single air-actuated control, and the lock ladder design plus double-lock safety system gives the lift redundant mechanical load support at every working height. Runway covers ship with the lift so the turntable pockets can be closed off when you're using the 414AT for general lift work instead of alignment.
The Right Alignment Lift for Your Shop
At 14,000 lb capacity with 80 inches of lift height, 208 5/8 inches of runway length, and 102 1/8 inches of drive-thru clearance, the 414AT handles essentially every passenger vehicle, light truck, and full-size work truck that rolls into a commercial alignment bay. Maximum wheelbase reaches 197 inches — long enough for crew cab trucks and most full-size SUVs.
The integrated turntables and slip plates, steel approach ramps, runway covers, and all mounting hardware ship with the lift. Optional runway extensions and additional drive-off ramps are available separately if you need to extend the lift for unusual wheelbases. Concrete requirement is a minimum 6 inches at 3,000 psi.
