An alignment lift earns its keep when the rack is precise, the runways are flat, and the turntables let you set caster, camber, and toe without fighting the equipment. The Atlas 412AT is a 12,000 lb 4-post lift built specifically for alignment work — same heavy-duty commercial chassis as the Atlas 412, with front turntable cutouts engineered in.
Diamond-plated runways, air-operated single-point lock release, and an oversized under-runway hydraulic cylinder driven by a 220V single-phase power unit. Front turntables included for alignment-grade wheel work; the rest of the platform is a flat, level service surface for everything else.
Built for alignment shops and heavy-duty service bays that need both a true 12,000 lb lift and the geometry tooling to do alignment work in-house.
Front turntables are the difference between a 4-post lift you can park on and a 4-post lift you can align on. The 412AT includes the turntables in the box, factory-set into the runway cutouts — no separate purchase, no shop-fabricated cutouts, no compromise on geometry.
Runway extensions and additional accessories work the same as on the Atlas 412 base lift, so this is a single platform that handles alignment work without giving up anything on general service or storage capability.
The 412AT shares the 412's high-strength cable system paired with an oversized hydraulic cylinder mounted under the runway. That layout protects the cylinder from door dings and keeps it out of the way during loading. Old-style chain lifts with exposed cylinders are notoriously hard to level — the 412AT is built to stay level shift after shift.
The result is an alignment lift that delivers commercial-grade lifting performance with the precision tooling alignment work demands.
With a 12,000 lb capacity, factory-installed front turntables, and the same proven 412 chassis underneath, the Atlas 412AT brings alignment work in-house without forcing you to compromise on lift capacity or build quality.
