12,000 lb Commercial Alignment Scissor Lift with Built-In Wheels-Free Runway Lifts
Commercial alignment bays need more than turntables and slip plates — they need a lift that handles alignment prep, brake service, and suspension work without moving the vehicle to a separate bay. A fixed-runway alignment lift forces the shop to do four-wheel service on a second hoist.
The Atlas 12AWFSL is a 12,000 lb commercial alignment scissor lift with built-in wheels-free runway lifts, slip plates, and turntables. The runway lifts raise the vehicle by the frame 17 inches above the runways, putting the wheels free for alignment-prep, brake, and suspension work on a single station.

What 'Wheels-Free' Actually Means on an Alignment Lift
Standard alignment lifts hold the vehicle by the tires on flat runways. That's fine for alignment readings but useless for any service that needs the wheels off — brakes, hubs, axles, ball joints, tie rods that need replacement before the alignment can even be set.
The 12AWFSL's built-in wheels-free runway lift is a secondary scissor inside each runway that lifts the vehicle by the frame 17 inches above the runway surface. That puts the wheels in free air for full-axle service without moving the vehicle to a different lift.
Open-Center Design and 19 Lock Positions
Most alignment lifts have center crossmembers and structural ribs that block underbody access. The 12AWFSL's open-center design leaves the underbody clear, so the technician can work brakes, exhaust, or suspension components from below without crawling around obstructions.
With 19 locking positions across the lift's stroke, the platform locks at exactly the working height the job needs — high enough for a brake job, lower for an alignment, lower still for a tire rotation.
The Right Alignment Scissor Lift for Your Shop
At 12,000 lbs, with built-in turntables, slip plates, runway lifts, and 72" approach ramps, the 12AWFSL is built to anchor a commercial alignment bay. 220V single-phase fits standard commercial wiring (30 amp breaker), and the unit needs a minimum of 6" of 3,000 PSI concrete for anchoring.
Airline kit, rear cross beam, turntable covers, and mounting hardware all ship together. The lift is alignment-ready and brake-ready once it's anchored and the air supply is connected.
