Free Shipping or Pick-Up
We offer free shipping on almost all products we sell.
Exceptions apply to:
If a product is available for pick-up and you’re unable to collect it, you’ll see an option to have it shipped to your address for a fee.
If there is no pick-up option shown above the “Add to Cart” button, the product will be shipped to your address free of charge.
Vehicle Lifts
Some products (mainly single-post, 2-post, and 4-post vehicle lifts) require a forklift to unload.
If you do not have a forklift at the delivery address, we will ship the order to a local freight terminal near you for pick-up. We will contact you to confirm the pick-up location before processing the order.
Scheduled Freight Delivery
Most large products ship via freight. In these cases, the freight company will contact you to schedule the delivery.
An adult must be present to receive and sign for the shipment. Please inspect the delivery for damage before signing.

30-Days Easy Returns
You have a 30-day period from the date of receipt to inform us of your intent to return the product. The returned item must be in its original condition, including its packaging and all the accompanying components.
Upon receipt and verification of the return, a refund will be processed to the card used for the purchase. This refund will be the remaining balance after deducting the restocking fee, return and original shipping costs, and transaction fee.
No returns on custom or made-to-order products.
