Black Widow ATV Side Extension Kit β Widens the ProLift Table for Quads
A motorcycle lift table is built narrow because a bike is narrow. Roll a quad onto one and the tyres hang over both edges with nothing underneath them, which is not a platform anyone should be working under.
This side extension kit fixes the width. Two 84-inch steel side panels bolt to the BW-PROLIFT-HD and add 12 inches of deck on each side, so an ATV sits on steel across its full track at the table's full 1,500 lb rating.
Why Choose This Extension Kit
One table, two jobs.
-
84 in of extra deck per side β runs almost the full table length, so both axles are supported, not just the middle.
-
Keeps the 1,500 lb rating β the extension is rated to match the table rather than derating it.
-
20 in approach ramp included β the quad drives on rather than being lifted on.
-
Bolt-on steel construction β 97 lbs of panel, fitted once and left in place or removed when the table goes back to bike duty.

Width Is the Whole Problem
The BW-PROLIFT-HD deck is 24 inches across. That is right for a motorcycle, where the tyres track in a single line and the stand carries the lean.
A quad puts four tyres down on a track somewhere near 45 inches. On a 24-inch table the outer edge of every tyre is in mid-air, the machine rocks on its suspension, and there is no safe way to get underneath it.
Adding 12 inches of steel to each side brings the deck out under the tyres. The quad sits flat, the load goes into the table's frame where it belongs, and the platform behaves like a platform.
Rated to Match, Not to Compromise
An extension that carries less than the table it bolts to would cap the whole setup at the lower number. These panels carry the table's full 1,500 lbs, so nothing about the kit reduces what the ProLift can hold.
The panels are steel and weigh 97 lbs for the pair β heavy enough to say what they are made of. They bolt on with the supplied hardware and come off again when the table is needed narrow.
The 20-inch approach ramp in the kit means the quad is driven up rather than jacked up, which is the difference between a two-minute job and a two-person one.
The Right Table Extension for Your Shop
To put quads on a motorcycle lift table, this is the kit: 84 in panels, 12 in of width each side, and the table's full 1,500 lb rating kept intact.
