Shipping

Free shipping — Most products ship free to your address. If there's no pick-up option shown on this page, the product ships free.

Free pick-up — Some products are available for free local pick-up. If you're unable to collect, you'll see an option to have it shipped to your address for a fee.

Forklift required — Some products need a forklift at the delivery address to unload. If you don't have one, we'll ship to a local freight terminal near you for pick-up instead. We'll confirm the location with you before processing the order.

Scheduled delivery — Most large products ship via freight carrier. The freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery window. An adult must be present to receive and sign for the shipment. Inspect all items for damage before signing.

Flatbed freight — Some large or heavy products require flatbed freight shipping. Flatbed shipping is not included in the price. After you place your order, we'll contact you with the shipping cost before processing it. You can cancel the order free of charge at any point before you've confirmed the delivery time and shipping cost — a full refund will be issued.

Returns

30-day return window — You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The item must be in its original condition, including packaging and all included components.

Refund details — Once we receive and verify the return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. The refund amount reflects deductions for the restocking fee, return shipping, original shipping costs, and transaction fees.

Non-returnable products — Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned. The same applies to any product marked with "No Returns" on the product page.
