Description

Katool KT-B795 Truck Wheel Balancer with 330 lb Capacity

A loaded truck wheel weighs more than most techs should lift, and a car balancer will not take it anyway. So the work goes down the road to someone with the right machine.

The Katool KT-B795 truck wheel balancer takes assemblies up to 330 lbs and lifts them for you: an integrated pneumatic lift raises the wheel onto the shaft, then laser-guided balancing reads it to ±1 g in about 8 seconds.

Why Choose the KT-B795

The KT-B795 brings commercial wheels into the shop without bringing back injuries with them.

  • Integrated pneumatic lift — the machine raises a 330 lb wheel onto the shaft, turning a two-person job into one.
  • 330 lb (150 kg) wheel capacity — truck, bus, and commercial assemblies are inside the rating.
  • Laser-guided balancing at ±1 g — commercial-size accuracy in an 8 second cycle.
  • 13–24 in rim range, up to 51 in wheels — the commercial board on one machine.

What's Included

  • Katool KT-B795 truck wheel balancer
  • Master screw
  • Plastic calipers
  • Balancing pliers
  • Cone set, 45 mm to 190 mm
  • Central plate wheel with bolts
  • Matching unit for the axis

Made For

Built for operations that service commercial rubber.

  • Truck and bus tire shops
  • Fleet maintenance centers
  • Transportation and logistics operations
  • Car shops expanding into commercial work
  • Agricultural and equipment yards

Features

  • 330 lb (150 kg) max wheel weight — loaded commercial assemblies
  • Integrated pneumatic lift — no manual lifting onto the shaft
  • ±1 g balancing precision — accuracy at commercial size
  • Laser-guided balancing system — precise weight positioning
  • Approx. 8 second measurement cycle — throughput on heavy wheels
  • 13–24 in rim diameter, 1.5–20 in rim width — wide commercial coverage
  • 0.55 kW motor on 220V single-phase — power sized to the load
  • Under 65 dB operation — quiet for a machine this size

The Lift Does the Lifting

The integrated pneumatic lift raises the wheel from the floor and positions it on the shaft. A 330 lb assembly that used to need two techs and a careful count of three becomes a one-operator job.

That matters twice over: throughput goes up, and the back injuries that come from manhandling commercial wheels stop being part of the process.

Commercial Accuracy at Commercial Size

Laser-guided balancing resolves imbalance to within 1 gram, on wheels up to about 51 in across and rims from 13 to 24 in. Rim widths run from 1.5 to 20 in, covering steel commercial wheels and wide-base fitments alike.

The cycle takes about 8 seconds at 180 rpm, driven by a 0.55 kW motor on 220V single-phase power, and the machine runs under 65 dB. The included cone set from 45 mm to 190 mm, master screw, calipers, pliers, and central plate mean it works the day it lands.

The Right Wheel Balancer for Your Shop

To take commercial wheels without taking on the injury risk, the KT-B795 is the machine: 330 lbs of capacity, a pneumatic lift, and laser-guided ±1 g accuracy.
