Description

Katool KT-B750 Wheel Balancer with Automatic Measurement Ruler

Typing in wheel measurements by hand is slow. And one wrong number means the wheel comes back out of balance. Extra spins and wasted weights add up fast on a busy day.

The Katool KT-B750 wheel balancer takes the keypad out of it: an automatic measurement ruler reads the A and D values straight off the wheel and enters them for you, then balances to ±1 g in 7 seconds.

Why Choose the KT-B750

The KT-B750 removes the most common source of balancing error — the numbers the operator types in.

  • Automatic measurement ruler — A and D values are read and entered automatically, so a mistyped digit never sends a wheel back out wrong.
  • Hardened φ36 mm shaft with 8 mm sensor support — a rigid measuring path that holds its accuracy over years of spins.
  • Extended shaft for 15 in wheel widths — wide performance and light-truck fitments mount properly.
  • Built-in fault diagnosis and self-calibration — the machine checks itself instead of drifting quietly out of spec.

Made For

Built for shops that balance high volumes and want consistency between technicians.

  • High-volume tire and wheel shops
  • Performance and wide-wheel specialists
  • Dealership service departments
  • Shops with technicians of mixed experience levels
  • Bays running seasonal changeover work

Features

  • Automatic measurement ruler — auto input of A and D values
  • ±1 g balancing accuracy — vibration-free results
  • 7 second measuring time — quick through a full set
  • Hardened φ36 mm shaft — durability where precision depends on it
  • 3 mm steel body with reinforced welding — less vibration reaching the sensors
  • Multiple balancing modes — alloy, steel, and specialty rim programs
  • Self-calibration with fault diagnosis — accuracy that maintains itself
  • Ounce/gram and mm/inch unit selection — works the way your shop works

The Machine Reads the Wheel

Pull the automatic measurement ruler to the rim and the distance and diameter values land in the machine on their own. No keypad, no transcription, no wheel balanced against numbers that were off by an inch.

From there the pure copper wound motor spins the wheel at 180 rpm and the sensors resolve the imbalance to within 1 gram in about 7 seconds. Multiple balancing modes cover alloy, steel, and specialty rims, with weight placement following the mode you select.

Built Rigid, Checks Itself

A 3 mm steel body with reinforced welding and an 8 mm sensor support structure keep the measuring path stiff — the sensors read wheel imbalance instead of frame flex. The hardened φ36 mm shaft resists the wear that slowly pulls a balancer out of true.

Built-in fault diagnosis and self-calibration mean the machine reports problems rather than producing quietly wrong numbers. The composite splash guard keeps the operator clear of the spinning assembly, and the extended shaft accepts wheels up to 15 in wide on 110V single-phase power.

The Right Wheel Balancer for Your Shop

For consistent results regardless of who is running the machine, the KT-B750 is built around it: automatic A and D entry, ±1 g accuracy, and a frame that holds its calibration.
